A CREATIVE TEAM LIKE NO OTHER

An in-house advertising agency is much more than a graphic design department. It is a creative force where artists are hand-selected based on their experience, their vision and their ability to innovate. Their talents and skills range from photography to branding, web development to copy writing, public relations to product design, documentary filmmaking to art direction.

We look at each moment and each property as an opportunity to bring irreplaceable value to our clients, and in the process, redefine what it means to be in the business of real estate. Telling the stories of our clients’ properties through the talents of our in-house creative team is a crucial part of how we approach real estate differently from our competitors.

Luxury isn’t tangible. It isn’t a price tag. Luxury is an experience and a commitment of going beyond the status quo. Being Utah’s only real estate brokerage with a globally recognized, award-winning advertising agency wasn’t a choice – it was a mission – a mission that has become a part of who we are and how we’re different. Being different isn’t for everyone, but to us, it is everything.

ANNUAL NOTICE OF PROPERTY VALUATION

In August, you received your annual notice of property valuation. These notices ultimately lead to questions on your property or area’s value. Now is a good time to review and understand values in your neighborhood and to prepare a property tax appeal, if needed.

Appeals with supporting information are due by September 15th. Our team of estate professional, can assist in providing current, accurate market value for your home. They do this by pulling comparable market data for your neighborhood and recent sales information. This not only helps you understand your annual property notice, but provides you with your property’s current market value.

If you’d like assistance with your property tax appeal or would like to better understand your property’s fair market value, please connect with a Summit Sotheby’s International Realty Sales Associate.
